RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

What should I do if I received a defective item?
Yes, you may courier back to our office of defective or incorrect item within 7 days of receiving your parcel in comply with our return policy. Please contact our customer service immediately on the same day with supporting evidence such as:

  • Picture showing the defected part or incorrect item and
  • Invoice number, order number and tracking number
  • Name of the item
  • Or talk to our customer representative on the spot during your self-pick up process.

For which reasons can I return/exchange an item?
You may return/exchange your items for the following reasons:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing parts

Our support team will be in touched with you within 3 working days and we reserved the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.

Can I cancel my order(s) after payment?
Please note that we do not entertain any cancellations once the Order is paid and confirmed.

What if my order(s) is out of stock?
Our support team will notify you via phone call or email should your order(s) is out of stock and you are allowed to exchange any item with I-scent.
